Recently we had been experiencing issues with players who were trying to access our software from any Android Version 6.0 and higher. We have worked with our software developers to identify the cause of the problem and it has been resolved. Please remember that you will first need to uninstall the app in order for this to work. For your convenience the instructions to reinstall the app are below:

Visit using your Android device and proceed to download the app.

Once installed, launch the app by clicking the icon.

When presented with our login screen, enter your existing username/password.
