I have gotten this message while playing on a game 3 times in the last week. When this happens the money I have in play on the game is not returned to my account.

I contacted support and had my money back in my account in 2 days. This is very annoying to have funds locked up for the amount of time.

Was wondering if wsop was aware of this issue and if anything is being done about it.

Yes, aware and tech team has found the source of the problem and are resolving. Hoping to have all accounts/tables sorted out in next 24 hours.

Hello,

I just want to confirm that this is still an ongoing issue. It seems that it's been like this for a while- if it's something that simply cannot be taken care of, better to just say so I think. I really like the software and everything but saying you will fix it and then not loses credibility.

We have not seen any new complaints since the tech team implemented the fix. If you're still seeing this issue, please contact support with a table name and they can escalate that to the tech team to take another look.

Sorry to disappoint you Bill, but not only is this problem persistent, but I have 2 open 'incidents' with support and nothing resolved yet. I have yet to hear back about the first one which dates back to 4th of July!

As far as this 'seat taken' one they asked me to send them a screenshot- really? How can you say it has been resolved and then they want a screenshot? Is this new to you guys or do you like to waste everyone's time? It took me 4 tries tonight to get to 1 table- being put back on wait list the first 3 times, and it took 35 min. I'm not going to get tilted before starting a 4 hour session so I stopped...

I've been a big supporter of the site, and defended you on 2+2 and the like, but I'm getting quite fed up frankly. I'm a platinum/diamond player month in and month out and it seems like you're trying to push me away?

Again- if you cant fix the problem dont say it'll be done within 24 hours! You guys handle a lot of money and losing credibility will be the end of it.

I want to see items like this get resolved. It makes me uncomfortable to have my money stored with a site that has unresolved support tickets like this and a lot of the threads on this "support forum" have basically gone without answers.

All day today - 8/11/16 - on all full ring tables. How many years has it been?!?!?
