Sorry to disappoint you Bill, but not only is this problem persistent, but I have 2 open 'incidents' with support and nothing resolved yet. I have yet to hear back about the first one which dates back to 4th of July!
As far as this 'seat taken' one they asked me to send them a screenshot- really? How can you say it has been resolved and then they want a screenshot? Is this new to you guys or do you like to waste everyone's time? It took me 4 tries tonight to get to 1 table- being put back on wait list the first 3 times, and it took 35 min. I'm not going to get tilted before starting a 4 hour session so I stopped...
I've been a big supporter of the site, and defended you on 2+2 and the like, but I'm getting quite fed up frankly. I'm a platinum/diamond player month in and month out and it seems like you're trying to push me away?
Again- if you cant fix the problem dont say it'll be done within 24 hours! You guys handle a lot of money and losing credibility will be the end of it.
